you will be trained to brief executives the details of the positions including but not limited to: hiring background, company introduction, organizational chart, reporting line, competitor study, industry overview and more;

you will be trained to understand information regarding their work experiences, personal strength and weakness, career development goals, expectations and more;

you will be trained to conduct industry talent mapping for your client and identify the “best

available candidate” for your client.

you will be given an insight to the hiring process and the recruitment industry.
